• 11am setup crew arriving
• 4pm onwards welcoming overnight guests
• 6pm Potluck Dinner
• Jams/Singalongs/B2B’s

Saturday

• 9am Breakfast
• 10am Cricket Match or Walk
• 12pm Lunch
• Day Guests please arrive by 2pm
• 3pm Ceremony
• 6pm Dinner
• 7pm Band plays
• 9pm DJ’s

Sunday

• Breakfast bar
• more games and farewells
• 11am packdown
